Broken hot water heater causes major challenges in Swedesboro NJ finished basement

This flooded basement in Swedesboro NJ (08085) was the result of a broken hot water heater while the customer was on vacation.  Due to the circumstances hot water leaked into the finished basement for over a week. This caused significant humidity issues, water damage, and mold.  As the homeowner had concerns regarding ongoing mold and allergy issues we worked closely with his insurance company in completing all aspects of the claim and hygienist testing pre and post remediation.  The after picture was taken only seven days after the incident. Our customer was expecting a much longer process and was thrilled with the results.  The home owner is now in the redesign phase of rebuilding his basement.
